It is not always convenient or affordable to arrange a week and a half away from work and family to take an intensive ten day educational course.

Our Real Estate Pre-License Program, which is approved by the Wisconsin REALTORS? Association and Department of Regulation and Licensing offers the same content normally taught in a live classroom environment, on a series of video tapes that you may view in the comfort of your own home!

The study materials, which include textbooks, workbooks and legal contracts are all provided at the time of course registration.

Our program fulfills the 72 hour state requirement for real estate licensure. It consists of eleven modules covering a variety of topics such as Real Estate Practice, Agency, Property Ownership, Fair Housing, Appraisal, Finance, Real Estate Contract Law, The Listing Contract, The Offer to Purchase, Closing Statements, Buyer Agency, Real Estate Related Statutes and Administrative Rules.

We will also assist in registration for the exam upon completion of the required taped content and coursework.
